99Seconds continues the saga of 99Bullets, shifting the challenge from limited ammunition to limited time. As V-99 enters the mysterious Bit 8 zone, the ability to manipulate time becomes essential for surviving its dangers.

Players guide V-99 through retro-style levels with classic arcade mobility, using the SLOW DOWN ability to slow, stop, and even go back in time. Mysterious enemies known as the BLACK VECTORS seek to destroy anyone who reaches Bit 8, creating challenging encounters built around their enemy patterns.
