About this game

Abyss is an adventure and educational game released in 1982. Players take the role of an adventurer attempting to cross a perilous abyss by choosing routes through a network of bridges viewed from above.

Remaining on a bridge too long causes the adventurer to fall. After leaving a bridge, players face challenges from monsters, including mathematical questions and maze-navigation tasks. The goal is to reach the end of the mountain of the golden lion, marked by a flashing F.
