Affordable Space Adventures

Affordable Space Adventures is a 2D adventure game developed and published by KnapNok Games. Players control the Small Craft, a spaceship supplied by the fictional company Uexplore, and guide it from each level’s entrance to its exit.

Gameplay

The Small Craft is operated through the Wii U GamePad’s touch screen. Players can switch between fuel and electrical engines, adjust thrust, change the landing gear, and manage other ship systems while navigating environmental obstacles.

Stealth is central to progression. The GamePad displays output meters for the ship’s heat, electricity, and sound, including which systems are producing them. Players must tune the craft to reduce these signals and pass enemies undetected. Some enemies can instead be scared away by aiming the ship’s flashlight at them.
