About this game

Alien Hominid follows a small yellow alien whose ship is shot down over Earth and seized by the FBI. To recover it, you must fight through side-scrolling stages filled with agents, heavy firepower, and explosive set pieces.

The game combines shooting and platforming with a range of distinctive abilities. Collect lasers, spread shots, shotguns, and other power-ups; throw grenades; hijack vehicles for protection; bite enemies at close range; or burrow underground to evade attacks and pull agents beneath the surface. Since any bullet can be fatal, careful movement is essential.

Developed by The Behemoth and published by O3 Entertainment, the game features hand-drawn artwork by Dan Paladin and strong action-game influences. The PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions also include a simple PDA Game, while the Xbox versions feature a level editor for creating and sharing custom stages.
