About this game

In Aliex, you play as a space pilot who has been shot down over a planet. After surviving the crash-landing, you must fend off the enemy forces sent to finish the job.

The game uses a lightgun to target enemies appearing on screen. Different enemy types require varying numbers of hits, and some launch powerful attacks if they are not defeated quickly. Taking damage reduces your life energy, while ammunition can be replenished by shooting supply packages that appear after reaching certain score thresholds.

The action takes place across automatically scrolling desert and jungle backgrounds. Aliex was released in 1989 for Amiga systems and was developed by Software Creations Ltd. and published by Trojan.
