Altered Destiny

Altered Destiny is a puzzle-solving adventure game released in 1990. P. J. Barrett, an ordinary man from Earth, is transported to the strange planet of Daltere after accidentally bringing home the wrong television from a repair shop.

Daltere needs a savior: the evil alien Helmar has stolen the Jewel of Light, placing the entire galaxy in danger. Barrett must overcome obstacles and recover the artifact to save the world.

The game uses an interface similar to the one found in Accolade's Les Manley games. Movement and navigation can be handled with point-and-click mouse controls, while text input is required to issue commands and interact with the game world.
