Amazon is an adventure game developed by Telarium and designed by science-fiction author Michael Crichton. Set against the dangerous and largely unexplored Amazon jungle, the game begins when a satellite transmission from a field team reveals that something has gone terribly wrong.

As a special agent for National Satellite Resource Technology, players must investigate the crisis using analytical thinking, computer skills, and careful decision-making. The game features imaginative text, color graphics, overlays, and special effects, with three skill levels and a multi-disk presentation.
