About this game

American 3D Pool is a one- or two-player sports simulation featuring both pool and billiards, along with a dedicated trick-shot mode.

Game Modes

  • Pool: Play solo, compete against another player or the computer, or enter an eight-player knockout tournament. Matches can be set to the best of 1, 3, 5, 7, or 13 frames.
  • Billiards: Offers the same play options as pool, with matches decided by reaching 15, 25, 50, 100, or 200 points.
  • Computer opponents: Choose from five skill levels, ranging from “very bad” to “very good.”
  • Trick shots: Attempt nine included shots or use the editor to create additional challenges.

Developed by Stephen Walters and published by Zeppelin Games, the game was released for Commodore 64, Commodore C64/128/MAX, and ZX Spectrum.
