Ape Escape 3

Ape Escape 3 is an action-platform game for PlayStation 2 developed by Sony Japan Studio and published by Sony. Kei and Yumi serve as the playable heroes, tasked with capturing all 400 monkeys across a wide range of themed levels.

Players can slow monkeys with tools such as the stun club and slingback shooter before catching them with a net. The game introduces eight morphing abilities, including forms based on a knight, gun fighter, and ninja, each offering different ways to attack or move through stages. Vehicles such as a race car can also be used to knock down monkeys.

Stages include a Haunted Castle, racing environments, jungles, television studios, and other settings. Returning features include the Monkeypedia, while the unlockable Mesal Gear Solid mini-game offers a spoof of Metal Gear Solid.
