Aquaplane

Aquaplane is a side-scrolling action game loosely based on water skiing. You steer and accelerate a motorboat while guiding the connected skier through hazardous waters.

The skier can move in subtly different directions from the boat, making narrow gaps especially dangerous. Early hazards include rocks, while later sections add motorboats, yachts, and sharks crossing your path.
