Arcade Trivia Quiz

Arcade Trivia Quiz is a quiz game for one, two, or three players. Players choose from six categories: Art & Literature, Science, Music, Film & Television, Sport, and History & Geography.

Questions are arranged in four blocks, with category icons displayed in a pyramid. Available icons flash in sequence, and players must press FIRE to select a question. Each question has four possible answers, and both selection and answering must be completed within eight seconds.

Cash-Based Play

All players begin with £1.00 and stake 20p for each attempt. Reaching the top of the pyramid activates the Cash Run, which can award up to £5.00. A random Jackpot feature lets players either bank their winnings or risk doubling them on another answer.

Released in 1988, the game was developed by Sean Conran and TAG Computer Games and published by EDOS and Zeppelin Games for a range of home computers.
