About this game

Armalyte: The Final Run is a traditional side-scrolling shoot'em up in which players guide a spaceship through five levels filled with enemy formations, environmental hazards, and end-stage bosses.

The ship begins with a forward shot and a chargeable power shot. Weapon upgrades include a forward-facing three-way shot, a vertical two-way shot, or a single rear-facing shot, with only one available at a time. Pods can attach to the ship and fire forward lasers, while self-homing missiles appear only in the final level.

Stages feature hazards such as acid drops and falling stalactites. One section increases the scrolling speed, turning the level into a hazardous course.
