About this game
Artist Tool is a graphics program for the NEC PC Engine and TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine, released on October 18, 1991. Developed and published by NEC, it lets users create artwork with a selection of basic drawing tools.
The available tools include freehand drawing, straight lines, and circles. When used with the Illust Booster, Print Booster, and Photo Reader, the program can also be used to print artwork. A few tunes are available to listen to while drawing.
