About this game

Astroclone is a multi-section game that combines strategic planning, side-scrolling shooting, and arcade adventure gameplay. You command a cloned pilot force created to attack the hostile Seiddab, beginning aboard a ship in Sol's home sector.

Use the navigation computer to select sectors based on their indicated Seiddab presence. Inside a sector, pilot your spacecraft through a looping, Defender-style playfield, avoiding rocks while engaging Seiddab. Returning through the entry portal takes you back to the navigation screen.

Some sectors contain Seiddab bases represented by pylons. Entering a base begins an arcade adventure sequence in which you must find and manipulate objects, discover each base's individual method of destruction, and deal with any Seiddab encountered inside.
