About this game

Asuka 120% Burning Fest. is the debut entry in the Asuka 120% franchise. Its story takes place at Ryōran Private School for Women, where students compete in the annual Club Rivalry Budget Contest Mega Fight martial arts tournament.

Each fighter represents a different club and fighting style, with techniques and weapons linked to her club or subject. Combat uses a traditional fighting-game format built around combinations of punches, kicks, special attacks, and character-specific weapons. For example, an athletic tomboy character can attack with baseballs and other sports equipment.

The game was released for FM Towns on April 22, 1994, before being ported to the Sharp X68000 with updated graphics and three soundtrack versions. It was developed by Fill in Café and published by Family Soft.
