Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco GP II is a racing game developed and published by Sega. It is the sequel to Super Monaco GP and features sponsorship from Formula One driver Ayrton Senna, who won the Monaco Grand Prix six times.

Unlike its predecessor, the game was released exclusively for Sega home systems rather than arcades or non-Sega platforms. Versions were made for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, Sega Master System/Mark III, and Sega Game Gear.
