B.L.U.E.: Legend of Water is an underwater adventure game developed by CAProduction and published by Hudson Soft. Maya travels to an underwater facility to visit her father and becomes involved in an investigation surrounding mysterious ruins.

Gameplay

The game alternates between two main activities:

  • Interaction: Maya talks with her father and other researchers to uncover clues about the ruins.
  • Exploration: Maya and a dolphin investigate the sea and underwater ruins while solving puzzles together.

Exploration uses controls resembling Tomb Raider, adapted for underwater movement. Maya does not use conventional diving equipment, so she must locate air spots within the ruins to breathe.
