Backlash

Backlash is an arcade-style first-person shooter built around fast reflexes and frantic combat. Set on a seemingly endless flat landscape, the game surrounds the player with pseudo-3D spikes and hostile UFOs attacking from every direction.

A central aiming reticle is paired with a circular radar display. Red dots indicate enemy UFOs, helping players track targets before destroying them for points. The game begins with five lives and includes changing environmental conditions as daytime turns to night and back again.
