In Banjo-Kazooie, the witch Gruntilda kidnaps Tooty the Honey Bear, prompting her brother Banjo and his outspoken partner Kazooie to begin a rescue mission.

With help from the mystical shaman Mumbo Jumbo, the duo travels through gloomy swamps, scorching deserts, towering mountain ranges, and haunted houses before reaching the summit of Gruntilda’s Lair for the final confrontation.
