About this game
Barbarian takes place in Barbaria, a once-tranquil land overwhelmed by death and disease under the rule of the powerful wizard Zaugg. A prophecy promises that a great warrior will rise against him and restore balance.
Players assume the roles of 10 unique combatants, including Dagan of Dolok, Magnus, Lord of the Undead, and Corath, Zaugg's apprentice. Their goal is to defeat the monstrous necromancer and bring the story to a happier conclusion.
