BattleSphere

BattleSphere is a 3D space combat simulator for Atari Jaguar, released on February 29, 2000. Inspired by an episode of the original Star Trek television series and playing similarly to Star Raiders, it centers on a struggle among seven alien races for control of the galaxy.

The battles take place in Sector 51, a spherical region of space once used by the Earth government to secretly test weapons and starships. Players can select from various starships, each equipped with unique weapon systems, and confront opposing fleets in five different play modes, each with its own scenarios and goals.
