Blazing Star

Blazing Star is a horizontal flying shooter set amid an interplanetary war between Remuria and Mutras. After dangerous experiments combine organic weapon production with alien technology, a sentient weapon named Brawshella assimilates the humans of both planets and commands the animal life against them.

Four assimilated fighter pilots recover their memories and rediscover their humanity. Torn between obeying Brawshella and reclaiming their independence, they turn against the machine in a battle to free themselves and their planets.

Originally released in 1997, Blazing Star is associated with arcade and shooter play and has been released across platforms including Neo Geo systems, PC, mobile devices, Wii, Linux, Mac, and web browser.
