About this game

Blob is a 3D platform-puzzle game starring an amorphous blue creature. Viewed from above, its world consists of suspended blocks that the player must bounce across to reach each level's exit.

Levels combine movement challenges with objectives such as painting blocks, collecting objects, and rescuing other blobs by guiding them to the exit. Block types include shooting hazards, temporary cracked tiles, sticky surfaces, and switches that reveal or unlock other areas.

The game's 3D perspective is central to its challenge: falling from the suspended platforms into oblivion costs a life. Blob was developed and published by Core Design and released for Amiga and Commodore Amiga in 1993.
