About this game

Blood 'n' Guts is an action-puzzle game set inside the bloodstream of a very sick hypochondriac. After entering the body using Dr. Hacker's REDUCTO-RAY, your submarine has broken into eight pieces and scattered throughout the body.

Your goal is to reassemble the submarine and find a way out. Developed by John R. Edmonds and published by Quicksilva Ltd for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum.
