About this game

Bloody Human Freeway is a prototype for Freeway developed by David Crane. Its original concept was inspired by watching a man attempt to cross Chicago’s Lake Shore Drive during rush-hour traffic.

The prototype featured people crossing the road. Before release, chickens replaced the people after concerns were raised about depicting pedestrians being struck by cars.
