About this game

Bomb Alley is an operational-level World War II wargame covering battles between British and Axis forces for control of the Mediterranean and North Africa.

Its campaign spans June 11 through August 31, 1942, with additional scenarios covering the invasion of Crete in May 1941 and Operation Pedestal in August 1942. Each turn represents 12 hours and includes reinforcement, movement, air missions, and combat resolution.

The game uses a 40×40 grid map of the Mediterranean region, with victory points calculated at the end of each game. Developed by Gary Grigsby and published by SSI for Apple II.
