About this game

Bombo is an action-platform game for the Commodore 64 and Commodore C64/128/MAX. Players jump around the screen to collect tokens while avoiding moving enemies.

Gameplay

  • The game begins with three lives; losing them all ends the game.
  • Collecting tokens in the order they flash awards a bonus.
  • A falling power-up temporarily allows enemies to be grabbed for points.

Bombo is a clone of the arcade game Bomb Jack. Its music was composed by Ben Daglish. The game was developed by Mark Greenshields and published by Rino Marketing Ltd. in 1985.
