Daily brain-training activities for Nintendo DS
The briefing
Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day! is a Nintendo DS puzzle and quiz/trivia game built around short daily mental exercises inspired by the research of neuroscientist Dr. Ryuta Kawashima.
The game features 17 new activities, including piano keyboard exercises and footrace photo finishes. Players can complete an initial series of tests to receive a DS Brain Age score, then practice daily while tracking improvement with line charts.
Touch-screen stylus input supports written answers, while voice input is used for selected activities such as the Stroop Test. Up to four save files record progress, and multiplayer features allow family and friends to compete, including a calculation minigame downloadable to as many as 15 Nintendo DS systems from one game card.
