Brain Dead 13

Brain Dead 13 is an animated action-adventure game released in 1996. It follows Lance, a computer repairman summoned to the castle of Dr. Nero Neurosis—a talking brain living in a vat of goo.

Using gameplay inspired by Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, the game challenges you to react quickly to danger. Lance is pursued by cartoon villains, especially Fritz, a heavily armed half-man, half-animal henchman who survives an extraordinary amount of physical abuse. Failure to respond correctly can lead to comically violent deaths.
