Bravoman

Bravoman follows a hero empowered by Alpha Man as he defends the village of Nitta from the invading army of Dr. Bomb, an evil scientist seeking world domination.

The game features 22 stages, including ground-based action stages and underwater shooting stages. Its action stages use a distinctive control system: holding a button longer changes the height of Bravoman’s jump and the distance of his attack. Defeated enemies can yield Luck Symbols, which players give to Lottery Man in exchange for recovery and power-up items.

Originally released in 1990, Bravoman was developed by Namco and published by NEC for arcade and selected NEC, TurboGrafx-16, PC Engine, and Wii platforms.
