Build and watch automated robots battle in futuristic tournaments

The briefing

About this game

Breeder is a futuristic robot-combat game in which players design automated war machines for tournament battles. Two robots face off in arena-based death matches, but the fights are controlled entirely by the CPU.

Robot Construction

Players begin with a broad selection of customizable components and can choose from seven robot types: two-legged, four-legged, snake, hover, three-tire, six-tire, and belt-based designs. A pool of 1,000 points must be distributed strategically across 15 abilities, including speed, dexterity, luck, and IQ.

Automated Battles

Once a robot is complete, it is activated and sent into the arena. The player observes the contest to see whether the robot wins or loses. Up to eight robots can be saved on the Disk Card.
