Bridge

Bridge is a turn-based card and board game from Activision for the Atari 2600, designed for players who already understand the basics of bridge.

Game Overview

The game deals hundreds of millions of hands at random and includes a computer partner that bids according to established rules. After a contract is set, the computer also plays as the opposing side.

Players can replay the same hand repeatedly for practice or continue dealing until they find a hand they want to play. Bridge is intended to provide virtually unlimited opportunities to practice and improve at an individual pace, rather than teach the fundamentals of the game.
