About this game

Bubble Bobble Plus! is an action-platform game starring the bubble-blowing dragons Bub and Bob. Trap enemies in bubbles, pop them, and work through challenging rounds while searching for hidden puzzles that lead to the true ending.

Modes and Features

  • Standard Mode: 100 rounds that faithfully recreate the classic arcade game.
  • Arrange Mode: 100 new rounds with different stage layouts, new enemies, and support for up to four players.
  • Super Mode: Additional rounds for more bubble-popping action.
  • Ranking Mode: Compete for high scores by registering results through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
  • Expert Mode 1 and Expert Mode 2: Optional add-on content featuring 100 further rounds and new boss characters.

Developed by Taito and published by Square Enix, the game was released for Nintendo Wii WiiWare and Wii on February 10, 2009.
