Action arcade bombing through 50 levels of bug-infested circuitry

The briefing

About this game

In Bug Bomber, you enter a computer’s mazelike circuitry to destroy an infestation of bugs. Inspired by Dynablaster, the game expands the formula with multiple ways to eliminate enemies.

Gameplay

Depending on the joystick direction used while pressing fire, you can deploy a quick-exploding bomb, a proximity mine, or a hatchling that tracks bugs. EN symbols restore energy, while IQ symbols improve the hatchlings’ ability to track and hit foes. Blockades can help control the maze, but placing them carelessly may trap you.

The single-player campaign includes three lives, with an additional life awarded after completing each of its 50 levels. Multiplayer supports cooperative play, in which players clear the computer together, and competitive Dynablaster-style free-for-all destruction.
