About this game

Build-A-Bear Workshop is a relationship simulation game for Nintendo DS developed by Neko Entertainment and published by Game Factory. Players create a virtual bear, customize its appearance, and care for its physical, social, educational, and recreational needs.

Create Your Bear

In the Workshop, choose from eight bear characters, select a motto, stuff the bear, insert its special heart, whisper a secret using the Nintendo DS microphone, and finish the creation process by stitching, fluffing, naming, and dressing it. Players can also color the bear’s home.

Activities and Mini Games

The bear’s home contains six areas with activities such as food preparation, dancing education, playground fun, tooth brushing, shopping, dressing up, and photo sessions. Four mini games support single-player and multiplayer play.

Connection Features

Using the Nintendo DS Wi-Fi connection, players can trade clothing, accessories, and pictures with friends.
