A dark-future overhead run-and-gun shooter for up to three players

The briefing

About this game

Bullet is an overhead run-and-gun twin-stick shooter set in a dark future. Players control teenage resistance fighters Emmy, Fred, and Chris as they battle through six levels of ruined city streets, subway tunnels, sewers, and underground passages.

The left joystick moves a character, while the right joystick fires in the pressed direction, allowing movement and shooting in separate directions. Enemies continuously enter from the screen edges, with most defeated by a single shot. Indestructible turrets and occasional ranged attackers add further pressure.

Weapon power can be increased by standing on special platforms, raising projectiles through four levels. Stronger weapons consume power more quickly, requiring players to recharge at additional platforms. The campaign ends with a confrontation against the Robot Master.
