Bushido Blade 2

Bushido Blade 2 is a weapon-focused fighting game set after the events of the original. Battles forgo health bars, power displays, and exaggerated special moves, emphasizing weapon choice, combat stances, and precise strikes that can result in one-hit kills when they hit vulnerable areas.

Modes and Combat

The game includes Story, Versus, and Slash modes, along with a new tournament mode. Tournament battles use shinai and other bamboo weapons in a kendo-like ring. Fighters use distinct styles, including dual-sword nito and iaijutsu techniques, while the weapon selection includes a yari spear in place of the original game's hammer.

Fighters

Six warriors are initially available, with three representing each clan. Additional supporting characters appear during Story Mode and become playable in the other modes when defeated.
