About this game

Caesar the Cat is a platform game in which players control Caesar as he protects food in a cupboard from hungry mice. Catching a mouse places it in Caesar’s mouth, after which it must be carried to the larder door at the side of the screen.

Three mouse types award different point values, with the highest-scoring type being particularly difficult to catch. Holding the fire button increases Caesar’s speed, but players must avoid knocking jars from the cupboard. A timer counts down throughout the game: it increases when mice are delivered, but decreases when the food is completely eaten, jars are knocked down, or Caesar attempts to move beyond the screen. The game ends when the timer reaches zero.
