Captain Beeble

Captain Beeble is a 1-player underwater arcade shooter for the Atari 400/800. You control a diver tasked with collecting underwater crystals and returning them to the Crystal Processing Unit (C.P.U.).

Fuel is limited to 200 units for the journey to each crystal and back. Striking a monster or moving underwater block costs a life, with five lives available at the start. Captain Beeble can use a pistol to shoot and destroy monsters.

After collecting a power crystal, it must be delivered to the C.P.U. within 20 seconds or the diver explodes. Stages become progressively more difficult.
