Car Fighter

Car Fighter is a top-view racing game released for Microsoft MSX and MSX in 1984. Players drive through multiple stages across the United States, aiming to reach each finish line before time or gasoline runs out.

Collisions with walls or other cars consume fuel, while pit stops at gas stations provide additional gasoline. The player's car is equipped with an onboard gun that can target other vehicles in front, alongside, or behind it. Rival cars change lanes, with purple cars requiring particular caution.
