About this game
Champions Forever Boxing brings five legendary heavyweight champions—Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Holmes, and Norton—to the ring. Each boxer reflects his own physical traits and boxing style, giving matches a distinct feel.
Use movement and jabs, exchange punishing hooks, uppercuts, and body shots, or defend with blocks and clinches. Showboat taunts are also available for fighters willing to take the risk. Players can choose individual exhibition bouts or pursue an entire 15-year career, with between-round close-ups displaying each boxer's facial damage.
Released in 1991 for the NEC TurboGrafx-16 and TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine, the game was developed by Distinctive Software and published by NEC.
