Chess Simulator

Chess Simulator is a chess game developed by Oxford Softworks and published by Infogrames and Infogrames Europe SA. It supports play against AI opponents across multiple difficulty levels, with a maximum rating of 2150 ELO.

An optional advice feature is designed to help teach chess. The board can be viewed in 3D with adjustable angle and zoom controls, or from a traditional top-down perspective.

The game also includes an ELO evaluation mode featuring 24 chess situations. Players have two minutes to suggest likely moves in each situation.
