China Gate

China Gate is a 2D side-scrolling beat ’em-up with platform elements for one or two players. Players choose from three characters—monkey man Gocoo, pig man Hakai, or bird man Gojou—to recover a stolen book.

The game combines jumping across platforms with attacks against numerous enemies, with a limited time available to complete encounters. Each level ends with a final boss, and power-ups such as beams can neutralize all visible enemies on the screen.
