The briefing

About this game

Colony combines construction and management simulation with action, strategy, and tactical shooting. As a service droid, you must keep a distant human settlement productive while protecting it from ants, ladybirds, and other parasites.

Manage and Defend the Settlement

Plant seeds, use solar panels to improve their growth, and harvest the finished crops for trade. Buildings provide access to seeds, energy, weapons, fencing, and traps, making planning and resource management central to the colony’s success.

When insects breach the perimeter, repair the damaged fencing before more can enter. You can also reduce the compound’s size to speed up repairs, but doing so sacrifices valuable growing space. A gun helps deal with the pests, though it requires frequent recharging and finding the munitions store.
