Combat Leader

Combat Leader is a tactical simulation focused on tank and mechanized infantry companies on the contemporary battlefield. Players choose whether to command at the company, platoon, or squad level, and can approach the action in either strategic or arcade style.

The game features more than 70 historical tanks, each rated for speed, armor, strength, and fire accuracy. Victory points are awarded primarily for destroying enemy units, with an additional bonus of up to 100 points for completing a mission. The accumulated score determines the level of victory.

Novice and intermediate modes are available, with the computer directing enemy forces. Combat Leader was released for Atari 8-bit, Commodore 64, and Commodore C64/128/MAX.
