About this game

Combat Zone is a vertical-scrolling shoot-'em-up released in 1987. Players control Colonel Mentor, brought out of retirement to battle an alien enemy.

Air-to-air blasters handle aerial threats, while bombs are used against ground targets. Destroying enemy supply ships can provide hyper bombs, which clear all enemies from the screen when detonated.
