Conan the Cimmerian

In Conan the Cimmerian, Conan seeks revenge after the wizard Thoth Amon orchestrates the destruction of his village, wife, and friends. His journey takes him south through Hyborea toward the city of Shadizar.

The game combines exploration and combat across three views: an overland map for traveling between locations, a horizontal third-person town map, and a vertical third-person view used for combat and house interiors. Conan can also review his character status and inventory at any time.

Gameplay

• Explore towns and hidden locations, search houses, and uncover loot.
• Visit temples for quests, shops for weapons and other items, and inns to restore health.
• Talk to non-player characters for information or provoke certain characters into combat.
• Fight in real-time, one-on-one battles using movement and attacks, with no defensive maneuvers.
• Search defeated opponents for possible loot.
• Begin with one sword style and train additional styles under a sword master.
