Cosmic Commando

Cosmic Commando is a single-screen shooter in which you control a cross-hair from an elevated viewpoint and blast aliens as they appear at the back of the screen and move downward in unpredictable patterns.

Each level requires destroying a set number of aliens before the bonus timer expires. Aliens that reach the bottom reappear at the top, while ammunition is strictly limited and cannot be replenished. Running out of ammo or allowing the timer to reach zero ends the game. Later levels introduce an alien capable of removing ammunition.
