About this game

Cosmic Jailbreak is an arcade shoot ’em up released in 1981 for the Commodore PET and Commodore VIC-20. The player controls a tank at the bottom of the screen, using bunkers for cover while firing at approaching aliens.

Rather than invading, the aliens are attempting to rescue prisoners held in a central prison. Each alien that reaches the prison removes a brick; if enough bricks are destroyed, the prisoners escape and the game ends.
