Culdcept

Culdcept combines board-game movement with card-based strategy. Each player begins with a 50-card deck and aims to generate the most mana before returning to the castle.

Gameplay

Monster cards are used to claim territory and increase mana. Equipment cards such as Chain Mail improve monsters during battles, while Magic cards such as Holy Word 0 can assist the player or hinder opponents.

When a player lands on territory occupied by another player's monster, they can challenge it. Winning the battle captures the space and provides additional mana.
